Our story
The work is built around one idea: when your books are current and clear, you make better decisions and spend less time worrying about CRA. We keep books in QuickBooks Online, collect documents through a secure portal, and close each month on schedule.
Everyone who walks through the door is important to us. You'll work directly with Alvin, from the first conversation to year-end, and accounting firms trust us to prepare tax-ready books for their own clients too.

Founder and principal
Alvin has worked in bookkeeping, accounting and tax for Vancouver-area companies since 2000 and founded the practice in Richmond in 2013. He is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper and a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and a graduate of BCIT's Financial Management program.
Our approach
Before anything is filed, we go through it with you: what changed from last year, and why you owe or get back what you do.
We keep track of the dates that apply to you, from instalments to GST, so nothing is missed.
Documents are kept confidential and used only to prepare your work. We'll tell you how long to keep your own copies.
